BOAT YARD A place where boats are built and stored. Preferred term 69211 -
BOATING LAKE A lake, often artifical, in a park or open space, used for the recreational rowing and sailing of boats. Preferred term 69935 -

BOATING POOL Manmade feature to contain water for the purpose of floating miniature boats in it. Different to BOATING LAKE as lake can be naturally occuring park feature and can be used for full sized boats. Preferred term 141516 -

BOG BURIAL A body which has been interred in boggy or marshy ground or other similarly waterlogged environment. Interment may have been deliberate or accidental. Preferred term 70024 -
BOG GARDEN A soft, marshy garden, often peat-based where water- and peat-loving plants are grown. Preferred term 91226 -
BOG ORE A form of limonite, found in wet ground, from which iron can be extracted. Preferred term 83325 -
BOILER A steam generator comprising a pressure vessel, and/or rows of tubes arranged to receive heat from a firegrate. Preferred term 137466 -
